When are you nerfing this braindead champion Riot? She pretty much gets a free pass in laning phase due to her waveclear and spellshield, has no bad match ups, is strong at all points in the game, her 500 range is not even a weakness at this point. There is no reason to pick anything else with how faceroll she is right now.

As for Jinx, My guess is she probably has a skin coming so they haven't nerfed her yet.
Imo it's down to her W giving guaranteed crit beyond the first crit, and it being an attack speed steroid with her ult passive, and also an auto reset
So many multiplicative stats interacting in one ability
