Receiving champion shards in chests

Seriously? I just opened two chests and got a Graves and Kog champion shard. I'm level 68, have 100k blue essence, have more than ten keys, and have already unlocked all the champions I want. I have dozens of champion shards, and many doubles. I rarely ever get skins, and they're usually for champions I dont play, and I cant unlock them because I dont have orange essence. Champion shards in chests is insulting.
