It getting beyond tilting to deal with her and with good amount of CDR + her stupid every time enter hide she extend it getting so annoying. Fun fact with 40% CDR her w got a 6 second CD while she can keep extend it till she can spam it again, i love riot design team.

Generally speaking, when a champion is on-release broken their winrates are, upon release, closer to 50%+ with a high playrate. The current Akali is a champion with a high skill floor and a high skill ceiling who pops off post 6 when you get your lichbane+Hextech revolver.
If youre having problems with her shroud, why dont you play around it? Pick some champs with good AoEs instead of targeted damage and grab some nice AoE CC champs.

And that is my problem with her aside from good aoe champion , you mostly bound to lose lane hard without any real counter to her special top laners who doesn't have any sort of control and aoe.
You know who beat her hard ? 
etc champions who mostly found in mid lane with hard cc and wave clear while top lane you bound to lose most of games cause of that.
Infact looking at the lane kill ratio from gg, she mostly win lanes or either lose with 55% to 45% so she pretty decent in lane and very lane killer it just people mostly tend to fall over with her not knowwing what to do in team fights and that numbers from high elo.

Uhm... You may be missing a pretty huge point. Play around it. Just like with the old Akali, if she drops the shroud after a trade, you need to let her go and back off.
If its in a team fight, just AoE the shroud or stay away from her; you can literally see her moving in the shroud.

DexterDougglas1 votesyou all have no clue. akali is weak and will remain weak until they decide to buff her passive mini game. She,like most assassins, has damage gated behind a mini game. Then after that you get to do damage, but that damage isn't even that special when there are champs that don't have to jump thru hoops and build super squish to do it. The reason she has a low winrate isn't just because people are learning. It's because she has weak numbers for how she's supposed to fight. If i have to jump onto an adc late game hit a q back off and hit an auto and then execute. 3/4 the time that damage isnt enough even if there isn't a shield support. During all the hoops you have to jump thru, you'll also have an adc who build stormrazor, rfc, and ie who will do 1/2 your hp with a single auto. She cannot do her job because other champs don't have to jump thru hoops to do their jobs.
