Why can't olaf has that? why does he have a delay before throwing his Q?

please riot, reduce it just prevent olaf from doing more damage since he won't attack more

yeah but when olafs hits you he gets to deal full dmaage to you

ekko gets no cast time becuase his opponent can simply walk to the side and dodge the rest

Considering how Olaf can perma-slow you by landing consecutive axes, which makes him a pain the ass to get away from, I say no. There is a reason Olaf was Olaf'd.

That's comparing two different things. Olaf's slow is much more brutal and granted, he needs it to not be kited, is very obnoxious. Adc's can be bursted down. Olaf wants to be at low health, as long as he's near you.

He is a fighter, who has fighter stats, his passive, and buys fighter items. Have you seen a late game Olaf?

yea, i've seen it. It's rather a dangerous man who can be blown in 3-4 sec, or a tanky olaf that will get kited everyday while doing close to no damage
