What is the compensation for losing Base MR?
we compensated Armor. what about MR. or is that a nono because whateer?. ap mid is dominating across all elos and regions.

Mysticman891 votesMages losing magic pen in theory balances things out. Of course, practice and theory may not be quite right.
Theres also a rune specifically thwarting mage burst (nullifying orb), but no corresponding anti-AD burst rune.
I'm not paying too much attention to stats this early in preseason since theres going to be a huge amount of noise in a champs actual power right now and what statstics spits out, due to all the people being crazy with 100% offense runes and sub-optimal rune choices in general, combined with people being somewhat more reckless in preseason since they don't care about win/lose quite as much. That said, I've been hearing more tales of AD assassins going nuts, rather than AP ones.
