Either bait her out to use ulti (either by making her think she can kill you and can't, or make her dodge something big enough that she doesn't want to get hit by it. Wait out the other 2 dashes, then kill her in the next 110 / 95 / 80 seconds. Or pick someone who can 100-0 her before she can run. There are champs with WAYYYY more escape mechanics...on MUCH lower cooldowns. Leblanc Nidalee Fizz Yasuo ...just to name a few of the more annoying ones..

Sure 3 flash-distance damage dealing dashes in a row is really annoying..and you're not likely to catch her during that, unless you have some hard CC, but it is her ultimate, and on a decently high cooldown, and the counterplay is pretty much 'wait it out'. Which is only 10 seconds after the 1st cast. Just don't waste skillshots and shit or try to fight her right after she used the 1st one. Just back off for 9 seconds, then pressure her out of lane or kill her.

Agree with Leblanc, Nidalee and Fizz, but not Yasuo. He actually needs a target (an enemy) or he can't dash at all. As far as "escape tools" are concerned, these champs are much worse. And so is any champ with stealth (Rengar, Twitch, Talon, Akali, Evelynn, etc).

You don't even need to kill her, she is snowball reliant so if you don't die to her in lane and make it out with equal farm you are technically ahead, but if you don want to kill her that bad there are several champions that are quite good at it, Annie Diana Akali (post 6) Syndra Talon Malzahar Ryze Zed

Someone has never heard of cap closers and CC then. There's plenty of ways to kill Ahri , you just haven't found them.

I would give Yasuo, Zed, Azir & even Ziggs a shot at Ahri. First two would be skill match up and the two mages would depend on your ability to zone her out in laning phase.
