Abandoning a game every 10+ days shouldn't be triggering leaver buster

hey look. leaving a game every day is frequent. leaving a game every 10+ days shouldn't be enough to trigger the leaver buster. we all have many reasons to leave a game, personal technical you name it. no game ever punishes you like league does for leaving a game. but the bigger problem is that you aren't really given any chances. for example. a few weeks ago my client crashed and I had to restart. I got a leaver buster despite my last afk was 23 days before hand.

Now a Riot support will tell you that "Frequent leaves will result in a leaver buster" . well. 2 leaves (which were both due to technical reasons) in the span of 23 DAYS is FREQUENT? then I have a problem with your relative thinking.

thats not frequent. thats bullshit.

How many games did you play in between? That also factors in.

The last time I left a game was about 10 months ago when the power flickered.

After that match I didn't really play any matches until it got fixed because I didn't want to ruin other people's matches.

When the unstable client that is League of legends black screens my computer (multiple computers) and the game goes down and I am forced to restart.

look. there is no ruined game when they are remaking.

yeah.... here's the thing, if you managed to get past the loading screen and into the rift, then....they can't remake.

leaver buster triggers whenever you afk, dodge, crash or just close league, the timer length resets to 5 every 3 weeks to a month.

Depends how many games you play in that time. If people leave an average of once every hundred games, then on average every ten games will have a leaver. Does that seem acceptable to you?
