Can we get some upgrades on some of the lower cost "support" (tank) items so they don't fall off?
As an example: as a tank, I absolutely love this item: 
It gives mana, CDR, MR, and armor. It's one of the few mana items that isn't lolfrozen heart or lolfrozen gauntlet.
But it costs 2200 gold, and if a game drags out it's gonna fall off REAL hard because rit's 800-1000 gold cheaper than a real tank item.
Suggestions: add an upgrade to this item (and similar items).
Build path: 
+600g = "Banner of command plus"
Stats: same stats, same active, but an extra giant's belt worth of health (380).
Like I feel so bad buying this item, because I'm basically saying "I have to end the game asap because it's not a real item, it's a support item"
