I think this item should be viable also for manaless champs and tanks don't really use mana my idea is to remove and replace it with and the upgraded should give the following stats +30 armor +a slow 5/10/15 (scale with level because adc lords are overpowered lategame)(a slow on hit) +3% ms +10% health doesnt' give mana anymore and maybe 50%health regen or 60
