"Mixed Damage" can we make this more accurate?

We all see it from time to time on our death recap screens "mixed damage". Its a little annoying when you're trying to itemize against a champion that deals this kind of damage since there's no clear indication of what is doing more damage, physical or magic. I feel that in a game where everything is calculated to such an extent, leaving something like this in for as long as its been here a little disturbing. Give us a better breakdown of "Mixed Damage" on the death recap screen so we can actually build according to what we need, instead of guessing.

Example: Damage Taken Omen of pestilence (668 "Mixed Damage") 427 physical damage 241 magic damage

Simple fix, makes itemization a lot easier against these types of champs. Thanks

If it's Red, the damage is more physical.

If it's Purple, the damage is more magical.

Death recap as a whole honestly needs to be reworked. It's been demanded for quite a while now for it to show more summoner 13

The best part is when you have:

2,600 damage taken over 3 seconds.

Killer: Sejuani: 100 magic damage.

Assist: Purple caster minion: 35 physical damage.

OOOPS, It seems like "LeBlanc: 2,500 magic damage" is not important. YOU BETTER BUILD THORNMAIL TO AVOID THESE 35 DAMAGE FROM THE MINION.

You should be able to understand what's dealing more damage based on hitting tab and seeing their itemization.

Example, Katarina's W deals mixed damage if she builds AP (no reason not to) - it has scales for both AD and AP, and I'm sure we're all aware that every champion has AD to begin the game.

i'll start caring about this kind of improvement the day death recap stops telling me that the zed who's on my team did 47% of my HP in true damage with dark binding...

They'd have to fix the death recap to do that, probably will happen when they decide to make their own replay client (never)

You could just hold tab and look at the item build, and build defensive items according to their kit and damage they're building.

They can't fix damage recount. The server's are notoriously buggy, and stuff constantly messes up. Abilities double proccing, not proccing, ect... If damage recount were made accurate, people would quickly realize just how broken it is.

tbh Death Recaps need a rework as a whole.

I try to see what damage I took and I get 'Minion: 36 Damage, Minion: 42 Damage, Killer: 578' when several other enemy champions participated in the kill.

The death recap just needs an overall overhaul.

It still hows the most recent damage sources, rather then the greatest sources. Never mind the "getting killed by flash" visual bug that been around for . . . A long time.
