Community recruiting section?

This is now the 3rd time Riot has removed my communities post in "team recruitment" on the boards due to it "being in the wrong section" after browsing the section to find multiple other communities doing the exact same thing, I have two questions.

One, can you either please specify where a community recruitment post should go or create a section specifically made for league communities recruiting

Two, if what im doing is wrong, then why is every other community post not taken down as well?

What reason did the removal message from the mods give? Also, could you re-post the content that got deleted in this thread? It's hard to diagnose if I don't know what was posted.

Im also going to add in the culture from the Team Recruitment section on the boards

Looking for a team? Have a team but looking for new members? Post here! Team Recruitment is a board for finding new people to play League of Legends with.

Now how is this not the proper section to post a message about getting new people to join our community?
