So im going to make a long story short for you guys. Last pick says im a smurf im going mid, someone else decides to go mid instead. Decides hes going to go troll and pick a draven when we need a jungler, ff at 21 minutes. As you can guess our entire teams pretty much pissed at this point and trying to get the other team to report him as well, our fizz wasnt the nicest about putting the point across but should understand our position. Entire enemy team does not report the Draven troll but instead reports fizz for verbal abuse.

Essentially guys, if you can troll someone on your team hard enough to get really pissed off in all chat. You safe from being reported as they will just report him instead Welcome to the League of Legends

The punishment system doesn't just end when someone is reported.

There is no possible way for you to know who they did and did not report...

This seems more like a tantrum to generate attention rather than to GENUINELLY tell others a message.

Having players on the other team report him does nothing as long as you reported him yourself. The report system deliberately ignores multiple reports against a player in the same match.
