Currently he holds the lowest winrate for top, mid, and jungle.

Top: 40.9%

Mid: 41.7%

Jungle: 44.2%

Does anyone know why? Because I don't and I'm curious.

Well i meant to say, that he's so overloaded that Riot had to nerf him really hard. Which is why his win rate is so low.

No, he was "overloaded" to the point people who cried after he got meaningful nerfs wanted more and more. The fact they are not doing any follow-up changes in 9.13 just sucks. Hopefully the work they will do to Swain will be great.

Nearly everything about him was gutted, some base dmg, ratios, wave clear, his shield now requires him to hit his chain. Basically everything that gave him a good laning phase was taken away in one fell swoop.

Even Kat beats him now... it's quite sad.
