No one. I think you have missed the point. The fact is that Ezrael needs a damn rework slap. That single champion is well known for abusing things. Every single season he finds sonething to abuse and seems like Riot gives ZERO fu*ks about that.

Ezreal ADC? - NP Ezreal mid? - NP Ezreal jungle? - NP

I would not be surprised at all if he finds the way to abuse full tank build and still remain high priority pick. And no, he does not need a nerf, he needs a rework.

Ezreal is bugged at the moment. His Q is triggering spell effects as a single target spell. This means AP Ezreal can apply Luden's Echo as well as Liandry's Torment, and AD Ezreal triggers Muramana twice per Q.

I guarantee you that his over-performance is a product of doubling down on Muramana, and not much more.
