Xypherous just like to flip out the meta every time like ADC patch or the next AP patch. and His champion are broken by design like
that riot said they "regreted his release".
i can't get why they let him doing an other patch
canpan142 votesA lot of the older champions are broken by design because they are simple. Meaning if they are too strong they will blow everyone out of the water because they have a low skill cap for the power they give. That is why they are going back and trying to make some changes (Ryze, Veigar) to make them a little more complex while still maintaining their identity. I know ryze is strong now but I see it as a step in the right direction so in the future they run into these problems less often.
Arsames1 votesVlad is balanced, l2p.
Abyssphere1 votesFlipping the meta is not necessarily a bad thing. The whole reason the itemisation changes are happening is because they think the meta NEEDS to change.
And Vlad is a very old champion.
