Time to do some Cooldown math on the Sona Changes
lets start with Q Q's new cooldown on the PBE right now is 10 seconds from 8 seconds
assuming Sona is level 16 and has 3 ranks in her ult, before counting 45% cdr would be 4 seconds with 45% CDR it would be 2.2 seconds
W would have the same cooldown as her Q because it has the same base cooldown
E's cooldown is 12 seconds
Again assuming she has 3 ranks in her ulti and 45% CDR,the cooldown after her ultimate CDR is 4.8 seconds would be 2.54 seconds
