@Meddler, @RiotRepertoir I LOVE Cassiopeia's rework, but...

The recent changes helped tremendously, but I still feel weak as Cassiopeia. I could be the only one here, but I just feel like I do little to no damage early to mid game. It isn't until late game that I actually feel like a threat to the enemy team, but by that time, it doesn't even matter because the game's about to end. Noxious Blast tickle both champions and minions during laning phase, and sometime after. Twin Fang does decent damage to poisoned targets. It shouldn't nuke or melt the crap out of someone's face as it used to, with its current cd and function. But I just feel like Noxious Blast is just there for the speed up, Twin Fang damage, with an added complimentary bonus damage instead of threatening damage. It also really bothers the hell out of me how Miasma no longer reveals fog of war. I'm so accustomed to this since season 1, when it was slapped onto Cassiopeia's Miasma.

Again, I could be the only one, or one of few, but it just feels like Cassiopeia is severely lacking damage early game and mid game, particularly in Noxious Blast. I know it's too early to tell, as it's the first day 6.10 launched, but how is Cassiopeia looking on your side, Meddler or Repertoir? If you don't mind sharing and discussing Cassiopeia with us. :)

I've given up on Cass. I no longer enjoy playing her and prefer the old Cass

She's not that far off from the old Cassiopeia now, though. D: I LOVED the old Cassiopeia much more, and prefer that one of course. But at least now, Cass isn't as cheesy as she was then. The thing I loved truly about old Cassiopeia was that Noxious Blast and Miasma actually did tremendous damage (if you got a target to stay in Miasma). Miasma is neat and interesting now, but I do miss it doing good damage. Noxious Blast just feels overall weak though. Stronger than before, but still weak. :\

Her Noxious Blast does decent damage.

Make sure your ability skill rank order is now R > Q > W > E

They reworked the original kit, I think, because she was so strong early and almost too good (of course, now all the champs are OP and her kit is more average). I honestly liked the mechanics of the old kit better, as well, (Miasma's growing cloud of poison, Twin Fang's 0.5 sec cooldown sustained damage), but Riot gave the league community what they wanted. A lot of players didn't like her Twin Fang, which I thought was silly, since she pretty much plays like an ADC and you are pretty much doing the exact same thing with the same finger on the opposite hand. I think the old MIasma mechanics (growling cloud/circle of poison with persistent poison) still suits her kit better (being able to have more poison to combo with TF and also lower CD). It's sad to me that players are too lazy to learn her difficult playstyle, but no one complains about other high skill champs (Draven, Lee, Azir, etc). Riot could have just shifted the base/ap ratio damage towards Q and W away from E.

However, she played a lot better today after the patch 6.10.

Maybe someday we'll get the old Cass back. :/

Yeah, I've been maxing Q first since her rework shipped out. I played the crap out of Cassiopeia before her unwanted, randomly announced out of nowhere rework shipped out. I've been maxing E second though, for the purpose of dueling and staving off enemies. I don't even think there was anything wrong with her old kit at all. Her E was bugged to reset to 0.7s cd, which I never noticed until the rework shipped out and she still felt fine to me. You have extremely, over-the-top lane bullies like Zed, Azir, LeBlanc etc. that are allowed to be lane bullies 'for a price' yet for some unknown reason, Cassiopeia was considered unhealthy when she had to land Noxious Blast to succeed. >_>
