The thing is that's his main damage skill. Because his E works on charges it's unreliable for damage, and his W is next to useless. I feel like current Kassadin is like pre-rework Katarina, where there was only 2 skills reliable for damage outside the ult, and then had 1 completely useless skill. They really need to change his W if they even want to start on changing his other skills.

I suppose they're just lazy. They have other things to do so I guess reworking champs that aren't immediately OP is on the backburner.

After all it took them so long to rework Sion, I wouldn't expect this one any sooner.
