she also has no skill factor and a point and click stun. Im not sure she needs an ass ton of dmg.

Annie has only 1 point and click spell that does dmg, other 2 are skillshot and third is just shield that does no damage + no mobility.

The Whamboozler1 votesProbably because Annie is a slow, skipping 8 year old girl who will only catch you with her combo if she flashes into you. Ekko meanwhile is a dash-spamming pile of CC, burst, sustained damage and mobility with a kit so overloaded that it's painful to see.
In less vague terms... it's because that huge burst is ALL Annie does. Ekko however, can do pretty much everything.

Because otherwise... no. Support annie is STILL a slow, skipping 8 year old girl who will only catch you with her combo if she flashes. Except that support annie probably has less burst.
