Not only the fact that riot reduced the base damage and ap ratio of EVERY SINGLE MAGE, they also reduced the ap on pretty much all items while throwing CDR everywhere. Katarina makes no use of mana items, no use of CDR at all, and the decreased ap on pretty much all items is bad

There is no reason to have CDR on katarina at all. Her E you only use when you have sure you kill your target or to harass early on. Mid/late game it all comes to resets, CDR on kat is pretty much useless
