Her ultimate should not knock people back who are DIRECTLY on top of her!!

This makes sense. Her ult is a MONSOON, which means she is the EYE OF THE STORM, where no winds occur. If you are within 175~ units of janna when she casts her R, you should therefor NOT get knocked back.

Funnily enough I've failed to ult away an enemy champion as Janna because I flashed or walked right on them so they just stayed in the same area while i had to pop talisman, Q or hope I don't get killed as I realize my screw-up.
