Nearly 100% pick / ban in LC$ because of how broken he is, carries LITERALLY EVERY FUCKING GAME HE'S A PART OF, and has no real counters or counterplay. Builds a Sheen and one shots you with no AD items whatsoever even if you stack armor.
Nerf this champion if you're goinna keep pretending you give a fuck outside of money. But, I know you won't, since he both has an ultimate skin and is a flashy money maker at LC$.

Generally he ends up running away from every fight with his E and under-damaging... or else feeding. In fact, I've noticed having him on my team rarely results in a good outcome unless its a smurf.
