Can we seriously stop balancing champions based on how flashy they are?

Seriously, it's actually getting retarded. Zed and LeBlanc get buffs? Why? Are they weak? No. But they can make flashy LC$BIGPLAY$.

There are Shen nerfs on the PBE. Fucking SHEN nerfs. Who the fuck thought Shen needed his heal nerfed? Well, he can prevent LC$BIGPLAYS with his ult, so of course we have to nerf him!

Lee Sin is getting buffed. Why? Lee is pretty much the only champion who has been 100% viable throughout the entire season. Every other champion, such as, but not limited to, Jarvan, Warwick, Sejuani, and Gragas all received target nerfs the very next patch after they became dominant. But Riot never batted an eye when was just as strong as everyone else. I'm not saying he needs to get nerfed, but he does not need to get buffed.

Now every new champion has almost every possible aspect crammed into their kit. There is literally nothing Ekko doesn't have. Hard CC, heal, shield, more CC, %hp damage, stuff for auto attacking 3 times, more stuff for auto attacking 3 times, fuck it, let's add just a little bit more CC when he auto attacks 3 times, but of course, to counteract this, he also gets movespeed! Seriously? He even had good scaling and great base damages before they just recently changed that.

I'm actually surprised Riot didn't gut Master Yi along with the hp nerf AP Xin got, because "well, devourer might be OP, and you can't make LC$BIGPLAYS."

It's literally just fucking stupid. Renekton, Mundo, and Ryze were dominant during season 4, all got nerfs. It took more than a year though for Zed and LeBlanc to get meaningful nerfs, and now they're getting buffed, because LC$BIGPLAYS. I've literally stopped watching LCS because I'm so tired of seeing the same 20ish champions out of more than 100. Hell, the only non-hyper mobile champion even played now is Viktor, and he got a nerf.

I'm actually at the point where I wouldn't mind if Malzahar or Warwick just got huge ass buffs on their ultimates, because target suppression is pretty much the only way to catch Kalista, assuming you can get close enough and then she doesn't just kill you since she can still attack while Malzahar ulted.

Seriously, Bard and Vel'Koz are the only champions that weren't insanely broken on release. And with them is Tahm Kench being the only 3 of the last 10 who had no absurd mobility, but Tahm could bring an ally, and also can just fucking eat people because why not combine Thresh lantern and Skarner ult in a basic ability with tons of damage.

Look at old champions and imagine if they were released now. Garen's Q would probably be a blink instead of movespeed, and his W would also heal 10% of his hp, meanwhile his E goes 5% of the enemy's max hp per second, and his ult would be true damage all the time.

Twitch E would probably slow, and his ult would let him dash every auto, and his Q would let him walk through walls.

Just stop Riot, think about the 99% of your players, and not just those at LC$.
