I get S's! Lots of S's!

My premade teammates get S's! Lots of S's!

It says I have 4 chests available to be earned, but I'm not allowed to earn them!

I have 12 keys and no chests! What on earth am I supposed to do?

Go to the Collection page in the client.
Notice the special border around each champ you've gotten an S- rank or above on.
Notice how the champs with the special border have "✅Chest acquired" in the information, whereas the other champs don't have that.

If you want to get a chest, you have to get an S- rank or above on a champ you haven't previously gotten it on. Meaning you can't get multiple chests off of a single champ.

I've done that too, and it's still been a long time!

So what about the whole thing with premade teammates getting S's?

It also did something really dumb. I got an honour capsule after getting an A on Jax, and the client decided to automatically make that a "Chest Acquired" champion, even though I hardly play the poor guy.

yeah im not sure what the premade team thing meant. The only thing that has worked for me, reliably, is getting an S- rank [or higher] on the champs I haven't gotten one on yet. So I have to pretty much master every single champ. And it resets every season I believe.

Yes, that is correct. You get a chest if: A) you play a champion you haven't got a chest during that season yet and you have at least one chest available AND B) you or your premade teammate gets at least an S- ranked result from a PvP match when A is true.

Both A and B must be true at the same time for the player to get a chest.
