can you guys stop complaining about how "op" riven is? if you get counterpicked by a riven its YOUR fault. if you pick something that gets demolished by riven KNOWING YOU''RE FACING A RIVEN its your fault.
how to beat riven. step 1. poke step 2. poke some more step 3. let her foolishly all in you when she's low on health step 4 kill her.
"b-b-b-but what if she roams" then make her regret it. either take her turret, or follow her and eat her alive when she thinks she's about to get a kill. all rivens start going really hard when they think a kill will come out of it.
"b-b-b-but i can't 1v1 her early, mid, or late" no shit. she's a duelist. can you 1v1 jax easily? or irelia easily? or darius? nah. so then why is riven the problem? irelia shitstomps anyone she lanes with the second she gets a tri. jax shitstomps the second he gets a bork. darius shitstomps regardless early.
if you're a skillshot champion against riven i have two pieces of advice for you
- work on your champion selection because that's just plain dumb to go skillshots against a riven
- lead your target just a LITTLE bit more to throw her off and make her eat abilities. riven's love to use that dash. take advantage of it.
half of the people here who cry about riven pick nasus, get curbstomped by riven, then come to boards and complain about how riven is super op. SHE'S NOT. she's just a very strong duelist. not even the strongest duelist.
