Garen is too strong again.....

53.40% winrate across all ranks 52.27% winrate in plat+ 51.93% winrate in diamond+ 51.53% winrate in masters+ Now this may not seem bad, but lets look at his winrates individually Challenger - 50% Grandmaster - 57.14% Master - 45.95% Diamond - 51.94% Platinum 52.37% Gold - 53.11% Silver - 53.29% Bronze - 53.87% Iron - 54.79% Now considering 90% of the playerbase is gold or below, just think of how overwhelming garen is rn, even in grandmaster the simplest champ in the entire game, has a 57% winrate, FIFTY SEVEN PERCENT WINRATE IN GRANDMASTER now you might be thinking, what does that have to do with anything, well its quite simple, garens broken again, he's in every god damn game, can 100 - 0 someone with Q E combo at level 6 w/o even using ult, is tanky as hell with no armor or mr, is exceptionally hard to kite with his tenacity and speed boost... Like wtf riot, he was doing fine and then you buff him for no fucking reason, now i have to waste a fucking ban on garen because if i dont, the enemy picks him and we have to waste 30 min until they win because garen just destroys out carries and takes too many resources to kill, legit you cant let him be this strong, it doesnt work, there is no outtrading him and on top of it, now he can jungle aswell Yes this is coming from personal experience, every game ive had to play against garen (minus 1) we lost simply because garen won the game due to us not being able to do anything, we tried to play around him, doesnt work, he just destroys the carries, even with peel because his E cannot be interrupted and slows dont work on him, if you focus garen, you lose because it takes so much to bring him down that the enemy team just destroys you due to you not having anything, the only way to beat garen is to get far enough ahead that he doesnt matter or catch him out constantly....
