his passives does true damage, and his Barrels ignores 40% armor
building armor vs him does NOTHING!!!
and even if i get a lead.. or go even. he just randomly ulti's a different lane and picks up a free kill or 2.
i seriously don't know wtf i'm supposed to do to counter this guy...

is always a good item against him for specific top laners, along with stormraiders if you are a juggernaut.
