People don't even sympathize with the toxic community until you become one.
You've seen it. An extremely toxic player comes into your match lobby, angry about something minor to the point where you don't know what's wrong with them. You report them, they probably get chat restricted or worse, and you move on.
But maybe that's not the full story, maybe they had a series of bad games beforehand, maybe they've been queued in with premades whose goal it is to push you and push you, verbal or otherwise until you can't handle it anymore. They bait you into raging or swearing and then use the tribunal to your disadvantage.
This just happened to me. I received a 14 day suspension because of one bad night of matches consisting of passive aggressive players and putdowns because I wasn't playing up to par. Those are the ones that know how to work the system. They'll never be punished because they never need to cuss or in some cases, even speak. These people can be found in a lot of games. And maybe you don't initially react to them, but I've been playing for two seasons now and it's worn me down in the recent months. I rage and I get punished, they snicker and start on the next hapless victim. Justice at its finest.
