This policy towards toxic behaviour is probably the best thing Riot could ever made.

It feels great when you're having a bad game in terms of KDA, you have a flamer on the team (not an excessive one, but still somewhat annoying), finally winning after more than 1h game, and still having teammates to praise you for good comunication to win the game as well being extremely positive when caring the flamer.

Ranked Scene is definitely better after this policy towards toxic behaviour. Sure you still get some toxic behaviour from time to time like on this game, but nothing compared to before. And the flame you get, it also isn't excessive. I'm usually pretty critical when I don't like something that Riot makes, but this definitely was one of the best thing Riot could ever make.
