Okay, here is a fun idea.
Let's try to find weird champions that could work in the jungle.
I'm looking for an AP Attack Speed build.

diana, blitz (tho more ap than aspd cuz grab and knockup scale ap), swain (tricky but possible, again ap more so than aspd), azir, braum, fizz, ez, kennen, sona, and tf.
enjoy the list, and moreso figuring out how to make them viable.
jungle with devourer used to be amazing, until they nerfed her. And devourer. Now i'ts not viable anymore ( reminds me of someone 
) but you can try with runic echo...
oh weird junglers? i practically main those.

are all champs i've had decent to great success with. varying levels of wierdness, but all champs who are intended and commonly played in another role.
for AP attack speed , but be warned, relies on kiting the camps without resetting them, and has the worst early clears of any champion i've ever played. 
can also be considered, but none of them really build attack speed, though and get attack speed naturally.
also, 
all make for fantastic hybrid 
users, and all the AP and attack speed you want can be added on top of those. (although for you're much better off getting AD)
for what you want. alkali and teemo. these are effective. i soloed baron as attack speed akali off tank. and teemo is just filthy with 6 items and a sated devoure.
