Rune Pages & New Champion Select (Bug?)

I have noticed something that is seriously bothering me with the new champion select; having to do with updating Rune Page(s) before a game.

Here is what is occurring:

• I will update a Rune Page(s) with new Runes
• Once the Queue is launching and I'm in the Pre-Game lobby I will notice that my Rune Page(s) have not update the Name nor the Rune Statistics.

What I did to "Fix" the problem:

• Completely exit/close the League of Legends PvP Client, and relaunch. (This SEEMS to fix the problem, but I believe that this needs to be addressed ASAP to prevent a player from accidentally selecting the wrong runes, when they provide the majority of our early game.)
