PBE: Trinkets, IE, and Jungle

Farsight Orb, Greater Stealth/Vision Totem: Costs decreased to 250 (Oracle Lens remains the same) Stealth Totem cooldown reduced to 60s Vision Totem cooldown reduced to 120s

All I can say is WOW. Looks awesome to me. Personally I think this will be huge for midgame and a must buy when your champion hits level 9. 250g for a 60 second stealth ward is a really big boon that early on, especially considering you won't have to sell your second doran ring or whatever for wards now.

Infinity Edge: Crit chance reduced from 25% to 20% Phantom Dancer: Crit chance increased from 30% to 35%

I'm a bit iffy on this change. Here are my pros and cons: Pros: -ADCs have incentive to buy PD instead of shiv, this means less waveclear. This makes midgame sieges on towers a lot more interesting and viable. Hopefully it will speed the game up a little.
-Delays the ADC 2 item power spike slightly. You can get it for the same price with shiv at the cost of 5% crit, or you can buy PD for 300g more and get significantly better stats than IE/shiv

Con: -Can only think of 1 major con here - RNG. IE is already a bit RNGeasy for the guy who crits more than his opponent. Reducing the crit increases the reliance on RNG. The player that crits more wins, simple as that.

Jungle Changes: Camps spawn at 2:00 instead of 1:55. Machete gives 5 more gold per large monster kill and does about 50% more damage on hit (30 -> 44). Jungle camps have flat health increases across the board, raptors got a small damage nerf.

My thoughts: RIP leashes. My guess is this is intended to stop laners from taking a jungle camp before proceeding to lane but I think this is a nerf to the jungler him/herself more than anything. Laners won't have time to leash anymore which really hurts the early clear for almost every jungler. I'm not sure exactly how the machete changes will compare to the increased health, but I'm cynical that it will be a net improvement. I like the direction of decreasing gold for laners that take jungle camps and increasing it for junglers, but I still think jungle experience rates are a tad bit too low. I still feel like a second 'support' when I jungle these days.

Thats all I got. Anybody else?

I'm with you on the jungle timer being moved back to 2:00 being a nerf to junglers. That means laners are going to have to miss out on farm to leash, so it could very well result in people being less likely to do it. No leash on a lot of champs is rough in jungle right now.

Thanks for posting.

Yeah, that's my main concern as well. Without a leash you're limiting the jungle pool to a very small number of champions - basically those with shields and sustain for the most part. The jungle already felt pretty limiting to my champion pool this season so I shudder to think what losing my leash would do.

I've noticed that high sustain junglers tend to have pretty poor early ganks in general. Early clear is good on fiddle, udyr, warwick, diana, shyvana, but it comes at the price of any early lane presence and that's no fun. I don't want this type of jungler to be the only viable jungler, because that makes the early game just a farm fest for every player.

With season 5 they made farming in the jungle worse for exp. You get less and less exp for the more you farm this was probably to punish udyr but what it does is punish junglers that move around and try to gank or be there for a drag fight. I feel like jungle exp is very, very, very lackluster
