I'm not going to play 100+ games so I can have at least my 16 champions to play ranked. Are you crazy?

This has been a problem forever idk why u hate it so much now. whenever a new widely popular skin comes out for a champ ppl normaly arnt good with i stay away from ranked for a few days. Or just ban draven.
