Why do some people think Garen deserves buffs?
he deserves a rework, him silencing you and killing you before the silence ends doesn't equate to a buff.
Now sure his weakness is kiting but get q'd once as a squishy and you die.

Pæan1 votesHe needs compensation for the loss of DFG. I think that a small windup animation right before he spins around should be good. Say like 1 sec of holding his sword back and charging it like Link from LoZ, that would fully compensate him.
