Does that mean when our Honours reset, everyone will be banished from PBE for a while?
Or is it like the borders you get in ranked, where you get to keep it for a year, but have to work throughout the year to earn it for the next year?

Mysticman892 votesRiot Tantram is the tech lead for player behaviour stuff, and it's quite common for "I was unjustly punished and didn't even say anything bad!" type threads to result in him showing up and posting the chat logs for the game that resulted in the punishment. Often times featuring hate speech or other clearly bad stuff.
This isn't the place for it, but if you feel you were a good guy in whatever incident you can post over in the player behaviour board and Tantram is known to look into stuff like that. 99% of the time it turns out that the punishment was justified, but every now and then there is a case where tantram goes in and undoes the ban and restores honour level/rewards.

I would expect all current people with PBE account to retain them, and only lose them if they specifically do something to warrant losing it.
