Single target isn't AOE? Skillshots usually hit more than one target.

If they aren't then they're great for poke.

If they're hiding in bush good luck clicking on them with that single target. EVEN THOUGH YOU KNOW THEY'RE THERE!

Usually single target and blocked by minions (Kennen shuriken), very low damage, high resource cost, difficult to land. Why bother when right click abilities do more damage, can't miss, cant be blocked by minions, usually have lower cooldowns and resource cost.
