Is Conquerer Draven ever going to be addressed?

I know most people don’t give a shit about Draven because he’s not played much but why the fuck is this not addressed at all? Getting chunked for almost 30 true damage early and nearly 110 - 130 mid game when he gets a BF sword and some other items is beyond ridiculous.

He already had enough early game power in his kit alone and the last thing he would ever need is true damage to make his early game more powerful.

I’m not even sure how many patches now it’s been with fucking conquerer Draven but fix this shit, it’s absolutely disgusting. Imagine giving Pantheon a buff to his current kit that would be a silly move right? Well that’s what you technically did to Draven now nerf it or limit it to melee only.
