Either get kited/poked to death or lose lane are pretty much your only options if you're an immobile melee.
Immobile melees do not have a chance against ranged champions (or heavy poke melees) top lane. It is either you feed by getting kited/poked to death or lose lane.
Kennen, Teemo, Quinn, Vayne, Lucian, Draven, Malzahar, Jayce, Gnar, Pantheon, Gangplank (won't really hurt due to having a weak early game), Vlad, Rumble, Swain, Lulu, Kayle.
