You're not supposed to be able to fight Warwick one on one as Rek'sai, or as most champions for that matter.
Warwick is an extremely powerful duelist.

Very Hard Engage2 votesspirit visage/sunfire along with other combat oriented tank items such as thornmail, deadmans, titanic hydra for actually dueling with them.
the items you want to avoid are frozen heart, randuins, warmogs IBG, GA wont give you better dueling power against them.
ultimately you have to build enough damage to kill them or you cant 1v1 them at all, full tank just straight loses to %damage.
basically add in a triforce/titanic hydra to give yourself dueling power and you should be ok.
Astôlfo1 votesYou don't need to be dueling them. If you're a tank in the first place, you'd probably be the one trying to tank it/soak up the damage + CC/CC others. Thus, Frozen Heart (for AoE AS slow), Randuin's (for utility from its active), and other such items would be more helpful in that situation, by making it easier for your carries to kill them while you CC them manually otherwise to prevent them from getting to said carries.

i agree that those items are better for hard damage mitigation, but reksai is picked in lcs for her ganks and vision control, not because shes a great sponge.

Astôlfo1 votesEh, building resistances would help more, since % health would still do the same relative amount, meaning they could kill you in the same amount of time, it's just it'd take longer if an ally of said % health damage dealer was trying to kill you after say, a few autos from said % health damage dealer.
Mig891 votesResistances always help, yes but I'm looking at the context of a team fight. If you're a pure tank and run into vayne 1v1 you should run because you're not winning that fight. If you're being a good tank in a team fight having more health is always beneficial. resistances are always good to have but I always look at health like its resistances to both ad and ap.
Astôlfo1 votesWell against Vayne in a teamfight, I'd probably build Randuin's for the health, AS slow, and the active. Hit Vayne with CC, CC her again with Randuin's active if necessary, and hope your team can follow up and kill her before she kills you.
