Veigar E will NET you some assists on whoever's inside the walls, even if you do absolutely nothing else and they don't get stunned. Thresh ult may or may not work in the same way, though there aren't very many scenarios where that'd happen for Thresh, anyway.

Vlad gets a movespeed boost when he uses his pool, wukong gets moved forward slightly when he uses his clone are the other two I know about

Wouldn't it make sense for Wukong's decoy to slightly move him forward though? Since League somewhat uses the Pauli Exclusion Principle.

Two units cannot stand on top of another unless one of them have a ghost passive. He has to be pushed away since the clone is right on top of him.

I can see why they wouldn't state it, but I can see why it could be a bit helpful too.

this is the kind of game where knowing just 1 small thing your opponent doesn't can give you the edge to win the game, I think stuff like this should just be stated
