I looking at Wukong right now and wonder what is the point of PBE

Isn't PBE the ground of testing ? Yet you can see stuff shipped to live server just like that double wukong direct nerf and runes nerfs, didn't people taste the damn thing on pbe and give feedback ? Didn't the balance team see that both of runes and direct nerf gutted him to ground ? My god and that not first case, many things from Banner when got changed before getting removed to buffs and nerfs here and there.

Jesus christ your monkey was broken for months and now will be weak 1 patch until he gets some compensations buffs, stop crying already.

Other champs have been left in a worse spot for more time, is not that big deal.

Again i was talking about the whole idea of pbe, not the damn monkey for the love of god read the damn point over just flaming for a reason. And as for your point, yes he below the damn 45% winrate most of champions at worst reach 45% not dropping at the bottom of tier. And other champions atleast have a wave clear power or some damn jungle clear or early duel power but whatever.

for balance?lmfao no? PBE is mainly for advertising new skins and catching bugs on new content before they hit live. Riot hardly ever uses it for balance because of how low quality PBE games are and the massive skill discrepancy between players.

the only real way Riot gets to test balance is by just tossing stuff in and seeing how the playerbase adapts or evolves to it.

PBE is a nice place to test for bugs, but due to the minimal playerbase compared to live servers it's not a good place to base balance changes on.

But where is the game tester ? Sure there game tester and my question how they allow things to pass like that.

They were aware that Wukong is gonne be weak, but they'd rather have him in a bad spot for a patch and buff him accurately than buff him preemptively and potentially miss the target.

Or they could nerf him and add the buffs whatever they want to add. I just don't get it but whatever that balance team got problems honestly.
