Fleet Footwork nerf will do nothing to remove its dominance on marksmen.

Current nerf on PBE : bonus move speed : 30 % 15 - 30 % depending on level.

This will not change the fact you'll take that rune to have a safer laning phase, and with marksmen itemization costing more, you'll want even more safety to reach your spike.

This rune is un-healthy, rework it. There's grasp for safe laning phase, but you'll have to trade DAMAGE for this. When FF disappear, marksmen still have the option to go Grasp of the Undying.

Safety has to have a cost.

Well yeah. Press the Attack and Lethal Tempo are too awkward. They are very "win more", like if you can get a lot of benefit out of them you probably already had enough of an advantage that you didn't need them in the first place.

Fleet Footwork is always useful whether you have an advantage already or not.

Probably a lot of ADCs will be switching to Hail of Blades since it helps you gain an advantage by providing high impact at the start of a fight and helping you ramp up abilities that require multiple attacks.

The option to go Grasp of the Undying for a safe laning phase... A rune that has less benefits if you are ranged, that is in a rune tree giving health, that requires you to build health for its damage and heal to scale....

I don't think Fleet Footwork is unhealthy the way it is. They are already nerfing marksmen health regen to make poke stick more. Let's see how this works out.

The rune is fine, and not unhealthy. Its just that the ADCs that would want to use other runes over it to abuse laning pressure were out of meta, and the other options were also nerfed.

Also lethal tempo is absolute hot garbage. THAT is the rune that needs to be reworked.

Fleet footwork doesnt even belong in Percision it belongs in resolve because healing is resolve tree's job.

Healing scaling with defensive stats belongs in Resolve, like Grasp of the Undying.

Healing scaling with offensive go to other trees, we got enough examples for that. Fleet Footwork & Legend: Bloodline -> Precision Taste of Blood and Ravenous Hunter -> Domination

I am only saying according to what the tree's describe Precision - Become a legend. Improves attacks and sustained damage. Resolve - Durability and Crowd Control. healing in any form is durability. Some Bruisers and primary tanks want a reason to not build full defense and build damage for the trade off of being less tanky. I was thinkging Taste of Blood and Ravenous hunter too. Domination tree hardly does what its tree statement says at all. Burst and Target Access. only 4 of the less runes follow that reasoning.
