nobody notices the rubber band in all this

okay IN THEORY with new minions if your ahead it encourages aggressive play and grouping more killing and such which increases bounty tier ...riot already counter balanced the minions with the bounty since all you have to do is slip a single units worth of mistake to give the entire enemy team 100 gold each this is even more evident if your fighting an enemy team with better team fight power believe it or not they actually cancel each other since the bounty system allows you to catch up destroying more lane objectives more money and lvls reduces the strength of the minions since they would cancel each other out

riot only had a slingshot(snowballing) but they added a rubber band(comeback power)
