twitch is a champ with 3 strong steroids + long duration RESETTING stealth and all of his damage being unavoidable, the 6 stack on his E doesn't really matter when he comes out of stealth with 2.3 attack speed

Twitch and Luc are probably the two strongest ADC's right now. I would just rather not deal with invisibility and wide spread damage, so I would ban Twitch. Xavanic1 votesIf you think twitch doesnt have a learning curve i pray for your intelligence, he needs to position properly to wipe your team, if he gets ahead in lane yes hes very difficult to deal with, just like every other adc in the game, he has ZERO self peel, hes nearly as venerable as kog, if his positioning is slightly off hes gonna die 90% of the time, like every other adc except kog has more self peel then twitch, so yeah, he may seem braindead (just like how everyone seems to think riven is braindead) but hes really not, while hes not as complex as riven, hes still gonna get fucked up hard if he plays stupid

If you honestly believe Kog and Twitch are among the most difficult to learn, then you must not really understand nor have a decent grasp of ADC mechanics. I don't main ADC by any means, yet I've had much success with Kog'maw. Not that hard to pick up.

OtterlyLost1 votesTwitch has been strong all season. :/ Literally look at his chart for Season 7 and you'll see that he's had a consistent 52-54% win rate with a climbing play rate. But one has bitched about him nor has riot seen fit to do anything about him. He currently out scales ALL other ADCs at the moment.
VoraciousX1 votesWhen a Twitch can build an RFC and start bursting you without you even knowing he is there(while you're moving around to look and check for him to get the drop on him), it's a problem. Believe me, it's happened, and I died pretty much instantly without knowing he was there until a half a second before I was dead. I think his Q should be based on his attack range somehow, so that if he increases his attack range, his sight radius is also increased.
