If I was new to this game I would think nobody that works for Riot got past the 2nd grade.

The V key is right under the F key it's an understandable mistake. However 3 out of 5 is 60%.... pretty sure that is over half of your team.

From the wiki:

At least 70% of the team must agree to surrender in order for the vote to pass.

Abstaining from the vote is the same as voting no. Essentially, 3/5 = 60% < 70%, so the vote failed.

I wasn't trying to bring facts into this.

I was just stating that if I was new to this game and 3 people voted yes for surrender. 1 was dc and 1 was undecided and it said

Surrender Vote Fail 3/0 I would think they can't do proper math.

Rito needs to change it so if 1/2 people DON'T vote or CAN'T vote because dc that it'll automatically assume yes. It's stupid that 3 people want to end a trollish game and can't because 2 undecided voters.

Especially since it gives duo's all the more troll right over a game

Refusing to vote counts as a no, so that's the same as 3/2. The vote would have passed if you had an afk.

Also, people throw like crazy #LC$B1GPL@YZ lol surrender is pointless the majority of the time anyway. I've been 0/5 as Lucian, vote no to surrender vote, go legendary and end game at 8/5. Surrendering is a bronze trap because you lose 100% of the games you don't try. You forfeit the ~25% (there was a stat I forgot, I think it's 1/4) where you're behind and they throw hard.

Anyone else see 11k gold deficit turn into a 5k gold lead in 15 minutes?

Then you have those 2 childish people on duo que that are running into the enemy fountain. Int feeding purposely baiting objectives. etc. All because one didn't like someone else.

Well I mean, those games have happened where you carry 4v5s or one person feeds hard so it might as well be a 4v6 and they still manage to lose the game.

But I hope at minimum it's rare that duoqueue Malzahar and Yi botlane (or Panth and Wukong botlane) go 0/12 and make you wonder if some people are born with their heads on backwards. Yeah, those games it's better to cut your losses and ditch@20 instead of wasting another 15 minutes in an inevitable defeat. Ugh I'm tired of those children too.
