@Riot Can Shen get more base armor in his rework?

They are a lot of fighters whl have a higher base armor than shen, and I find this unfair because having strong defenses is suppose to be a tank's atrong point. Other tanks like and who bemefit from armor or increase it via abilities 2ould have average base ane base per lvl. But Shen doesn't and the indirect scaling his shield has with resistance isn't that impactful.

At lvl 1 gets 30 armor without runes and masteries, and i see their buffing his armor per lvl to 4 also.

Please give Shen a higher base like 28 or 29.

I also believe he shpuld hqve stronger sinhle.target damage for lack of waveclear!
