What reason should I pick olaf over other brusiers?

Currently olaf to me just seems very outclassed by every other brusier, and idk why you would ever pick him over brusiers like . They all just bring so much more then olaf, the only thing olaf really has going for him is being able to chase down opponents really well. Though even then he's very mana hungry and I just don't see why I should ever pick him of the brusiers I listed.

Could we see a rework or some buffs to olaf?
