Ahri or Vlad?

Vlad isn't all that mobile and does not do well if he is ganked, despite his pool. It also takes him a while to whittle someone down and he sucks at dueling. HIs ult also does very little.

Ahri is fast, does good damage, has a "charm" that slows you, makes you unable to act, and makes you move towards her. She also heals based on how many spells she casts. She's mobile to and seems to do well frequently.
