Speed

If you have enough movement speed will ranged autoattacks and caster minion attacks never hit you or do they just do damage after a certain amount of time or what..is it even possible to get that much movement speed? Like tower shots, if you flash away you can notice the shot from the tower doesn't do damage until it hits you.
