So this champ feels like hes a tad bit op, i understand his winrate is low, but his dmg is very high for someone who doesnt build a single damage item....plus his CC is fairly strong (although its a bit easy to counter but still), so i have to ask, is this champ legitimately op, or am i just letting the whiners get to me? Edit: Im simply asking if hes op or not, not trying to say he is
